Indulge in simple, delicious traditional Roman specialties: Antipasti, homemade pasta and pinsa fresh from the oven.

Pinsa Romana

A special kind of taste experience: the traditional Roman-style pizza is prepared with a lot of love and time. 72 hours the dough is led. The Pinsa is baked in an original pizza oven from Naples.

Pasta come dalla Mamma

Almost all our products come directly from Italy and you can taste it! The pasta is always fresh and homemade - the basis is the special pasta dough, made from Italian flour and the best fresh eggs. Thus, delicious pappardelle, tagliatelle, fettucine, tonnarelli and much more advance to a short vacation for the palate.

Tavolata Italiana

Shared joy is double joy! Therefore, our dishes are also served in the middle of the tables on large platters and pots on request. La Tavolata belongs to the Italian way of life like the espresso or the Vespa. A colorfully decorated table awaits you with our Mediterranean specialties in small bowls, dishes and on platters à la Italianità for you to help yourself.

As a guest of the BACiO della MAMMA, you can enjoy the variety of the AMERON breakfast buffet: vegan, vegetarian, lactose-free, gluten-free or other specific needs, there is something for everyone. We focus on regional products and serve coffee specialities and fresh egg dishes. Personal service is just as important to us as breakfast - our staff make sure that no wish remains unfulfilled.
Of course, you can also just enjoy a coffee & croissant in our lounge.
